Still writing an outline for the sequel to Without Consent. It's getting good too, this one is definitely going to be taken to the next level. I've just set out my completed ms. to City Stone Publishing like they requested. Hopefully I dotted my I's and crossed all my t's. They said it will be about month before I hear anything. Keep your fingers crossed.

What a relief…now I’m going to need me to focus!
Whew! I've had my first talk with a publisher and I can now say that I was nervous as hell. I really do hope that I've impressed them somewhat. Shout out to City Stone Publishing because she represents everything I am looking for in a publisher. So even if they are not feeling my manuscript still support them cause they are doing great things. And this is not in the hopes that they read this and think I'm sucking up to them, no, I just am proud of my people doing the damn thang, ya dig!

Sequel
Recently I've came to the conclusion that Without Consent needs a part 2. The ending just ended with some questions unanswered so I'm going to answer them for you! Ta-Ta for now.
advice
Some advice that helped me along this journey is to get yourself out there. Look for different contests or get a subscription to the Literary Market so you can get inside information. Start a blogsite like I did. Yeah I know I haven't been published yet but it was hard as hell to get this far so I don't want others to go through all of the headaches. Although I was content with it all cause I knew that I had a talent. Cocky ain't I, gotta luv it.
excitigews
I got a unexpected well I'm lying, I did expect this but I guess I was take a back, Anywho I got a email saying that a publishing company wants me to talk with the CEO about my finished book. I can't get too excited because I'm not sure if this is it or am I still in the process of being critiqued but whatever it is I'm grateful. That goes to show to anyone do you. Life is too short for you to waste it on impressing others and making yourself miserable because you are not doing what you truly are passionate about. Keep at it, it will happen. Thank you God.
2010
Wow another year! 2010! And shame on me for not writing anything on my blog. Been a little busy with the holidays I'm for sure everyone understands. I'm ready to get back focusing again. Hope everyone had a nice and safe holiday. My prayers go out to those who did not.

Another Woman’s Man
As Munira stepped into her living room to join everyone else the doorbell rang. Everyone that she had invited was already there in the larger living room. An unusual chill went through her hand as she touched the steel doorknob. Months from now she will wonder if it really was from that or did she already know what was about to happen. The humid June air blew into her face. Her eyelids fluttered to adjust to the blinding sunlight. She lifted her hand to her eyes to get a better look at her new guest. Inches away stood a young woman. Her golden brown skin looked real from living on an island instead of a store bought tan. It glistened in the sun. Thick brown hair flowed down her back and onto her shoulders. Her lips puckered outward unintentionally kissing the hot air. High cheekbones made it appear as though she was smiling but once Munira reached her eyes, she saw a vicious stare.
“May I help you?” She was oblivious to what was in this woman’s hand. She couldn’t get her attention away from those eyes. Every raw emotion was held in those small eyes. Munira did however hear Robert somewhere behind her asking her who was at the door. The silence was interrupted by a loud crash. Munira turned her head to see what the commotion was but everything turned black as though a thick blanket was pulled over her eyes.
